L’argomento Conosciamo le statistiche serve per capire una cosa importante per sviluppare la tua attività di network marketing.
Dobbiamo sapere che per sviluppare questa attività hai bisogno di creare una squadra, per creare una squadra hai bisogno di lavorare con le persone, per lavorare con le persone senza stress abbiamo bisogno di conoscere come funziona la statistica.
Devi sapere che quando organizzi un evento o un piccolo incontro per raccontare alle persone come costruire l’attività in maniera individuale hai bisogno di conoscere la statistica. Creare degli eventi è molto importante perchè è nell’evento che la gente si immedesima, si entusiasma, si relaziona con gli altri. Creare un evento è molto potente ma questo richiede leadership da parte tua.
- C’è bisogno che convochi le persone
- C’è bisogno che creai una strategia
- C’è bisogno che crei il gruppo per raccontare l’attività
In questo caso, è fondamentale conoscere le statistiche.
Per avere 2 persone che assistono ad un evento devi invitare almeno 10 persone, quindi se vuoi avere un evento con 20 persone devi invitare almeno 100 persone. Questo si chiama statistica.
Adesso questa informazione non ti deve rammaricare perchè il momento in cui devi preoccuparti è quando non hai nessuno all’evento solo perchè hai invitato un numero di persone troppo basso.
Uno degli errori che spesso si fa quando si è nuovi è la creazione dell’illusione, questo accade quando si invitano poche persone, poi si pensa che l’attività non funziona.
La realtà è che noi non stiamo applicando la statistica.
Quando vedi un concerto in città con 20/30.000 persone è semplicemente perchè sono state invitate 30/40 milioni di persone. L’impatto ovviamente sta nella comunicazione massiva.
- Attraverso la TV
- Attraverso le radio
- Attraverso i social
- Attraverso tutti i mezzi di comunicazione massiva.
Quindi 30.000 persone sono solo un piccolo numero rispetto alla massa di gente che sono state toccate dall’informazione.
Questo si applica a qualsiasi tipo di gruppo o evento.
Se confronti le statistiche vedrai che l’attività ti funziona. Più persone inviti e più persone verranno, più piani dai e più persone diranno di si. A più persone mostrerai i prodotti e più persone compreranno.
- Così funziona nei supermercati
- Così funziona nelle linee aeree o nell’azienda ferroviaria
- Così funziona nei partiti politici
- Così funziona nella religione
- Cosi funziona ovunque.
Ecco perchè è importante conoscere la Statistica.
A me viene un po di tristezza quando un incaricato mi dice che ha organizzato una riunione e non è venuto nessuno.
Ecco perchè devi avere un principio base di statistica.
Fai un gioco di squadra con il tuo team, con i tuoi amici e create un evento e invitate più persone possibile.
