Quello che noi stiamo facendo è un attività di costruire una squadra di leader non è una attività di massa questa è una attività di leader. E non tutti sono leader, ecco perché devi stare con le persone sorridenti, devi rapportarti con le persone felici, stai con le persone gradevoli, con le persone divertite, con le persone entusiaste, ti accorgi perché sono persone carismatiche sono sognatori.
I leader sono ottimisti, non parlano di stupidaggini, non sono pessimisti.
E ti accorgi quando una leader viene ad un piano massivo ed è con lui che devi lavorare.
Se ti concentri su questo tipo di persona allora le troverai la ricchezza. ricchezza non intesa come materiale ma come ricchezza di idee, sogni da condividere, strategie da sviluppare.
Metti l’attenzione sui leader. e credi in loro guardali già come se fossero diamanti. Se nella tua testa li vedi già sul palco ogni volta che li incontrerai trasmetterai questa emozione, sii entusiasta che faranno parte della tua organizzazione.
Devi sempre mettere focus su questo punto perché se non lo fai non significa che manca a te qualche passaggio in questa attività. avrai subito un feeling con i leader quando tu sei un leader. ricorda che attirerai persone con la tua stessa energia e inferiore. molto difficile invece attirare persone con una energia più alta ma per questo c’è anche la tua linea di sponsorizzazione e gli eventi.
Ti dico una cosa, il piano massivo o la riunione si salva moltissimo se metti attenzione su questa cosa concentrati sulle persone entusiaste. Devi trovare un leader che sia capace di connettere un’altro leader, un altro leader e un’altro leader.
Che sia capace di imparare un processo che dura tempo ma che sa già che lo può portare da qualche parte.
Per non farti scappare le persone che hanno una buona attitudine devi essere tu per prima una persona brillante, felice.
Io nelle mie riunioni incontrerò i diamanti, incontrerò gli zaffiri, incontrerò i rubini, gli smeraldi…
Queste persone le incontrerò nelle riunioni che farò.
Ecco perché e determinante un piano massivo, ecco perché è determinante un evento.
Tutto però parte da te, che tu entri con una grande emozione di incontrare un leader in un evento.
Tutta la settimana devi organizzare l’evento con l’intenzione di trovare un leader. Il mondo è pieno di leader, la gente sta capendo che deve prendere le redini in mano della propria vita.
tu devi essere li pronto ad accogliere il tuo nuovo leader.
