L’Importanza della Conoscenza

Prima di entrare nei dettagli, voglio condividere un concetto fondamentale. La conoscenza da sola non garantisce il successo. È ciò che fai con la conoscenza che fa la differenza. Per diventare un professionista in questo settore, è necessario avere la conoscenza, ma è altrettanto importante crescere in consapevolezza, credere in te stesso e avere la visione giusta per realizzare i tuoi sogni.

Formula del Successo: Conoscenza + Energia + Azione = Risultato

Pilastro Numero 1: Conosci l’Azienda e i Prodotti

Che tu sia nuovo o un veterano, è cruciale conoscere nel dettaglio la tua azienda. Questo include il piano compensi, gli incentivi, i prossimi viaggi, il sito internet, le varie app dedicate, la sezione formativa dell’azienda e i prodotti offerti.

Approfondisci la Conoscenza dell’Azienda

Conoscere la storia dei fondatori, i valori e la mission dell’azienda ti darà la giusta consapevolezza per condividere queste informazioni con le persone. Inoltre, conoscere il fatturato della tua azienda ti metterà in una posizione di sicurezza e fiducia.

Scegliere un’Azienda Solida

La scelta della compagnia è fondamentale. Un’azienda solida ha i capitali per investire in ricerca e sviluppo, garantendo competitività a lungo termine.

Conoscere i Prodotti

Conoscere i prodotti offerti dalla tua compagnia è altrettanto cruciale. Impara a fare cross selling tra diverse categorie di prodotti e a risolvere i problemi dei tuoi clienti. Ad esempio, se la tua azienda offre integratori alimentari, è opportuno avere le schede tecniche dei prodotti e consultare il registro di notifica degli integratori sul sito del Ministero della Salute.

Pilastro Numero 2: Conosci il Settore del Network Marketing

Per conoscere il settore del Network Marketing e entusiasmarti guardando i numeri fatti in questi anni, basta visitare il sito AVEDISCO.

Il mondo del network è straordinario proprio per la possibilità che ti offre di crescere personalmente. La crescita nel Network Marketing avviene grazie al cambio di mentalità da lavoratore tradizionale a imprenditore e leader.

Un Sistema di Formazione Consolidato

Il sistema di formazione deve essere consolidato e comprovato, con una lunga storia di successi. Deve includere audio, video, materiale cartaceo, web conference, appuntamenti dal vivo, eventi ludici, incentivi e convegni nazionali e internazionali.

La Leadership e i Suoi Valori

Studia la leadership della tua azienda, conosci i loro valori e la loro storia. Partecipa agli eventi e impara dai leader. Sono loro i casi di successo da studiare e ringraziare per ogni consiglio. Se vuoi diventare un professionista nel Network Marketing, devi sapere dove vuoi arrivare e imparare da chi è già arrivato lì.

Pilastro Numero 4: Conosci Te Stesso

Questo è il pilastro più difficile da affrontare, ma anche il più importante per ottenere risultati nel Network Marketing.

Analisi Personale

Fai un’analisi concreta delle tue competenze e caratteristiche. Anche se conosci l’azienda, i prodotti e usi il sistema al 100%, se non ti senti al 100%, non c’è problema. Il tuo compito è capire a che punto sei e continuare a crescere.

Sbloccare il Tuo Potenziale Nascosto

Ognuno di noi ha un grande potenziale per sviluppare qualsiasi cosa nella vita. Devi individuare cosa vuoi ottenere, qual è il tuo mindset e quali sono i blocchi che ti impediscono di fare le azioni necessarie per arrivare al risultato. Una volta individuati, lavora su di essi per far emergere il tuo massimo potenziale.
